Privacy notice

Spears Resilience Systems Limited ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

When you request a quote or leave a review we receive the details you type: your name, phone number, email (optional), the service you need, your site's town or county, your message, and for reviews your rating and comment. We also collect anonymous visit statistics that do not identify you.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote or site assessment, and, with your review, to decide whether to publish it. We publish a review only with your first name or initials and town, never your email or phone number.

Who sees it

Our office team. Messages are delivered to our email inbox through an email delivery provider. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become contracts are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing spearsresiliencesystem@gmail.com or calling +254 702 915 154. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
